We loved the convenient location of this hotel, as it was close to everything we needed in this downtown area. The hotel facilities were great and the staff was exceptional - very friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the hotel.

Staying at this hotel was an amazing experience. First of all, its location is unbeatable - right in the heart of the city, with easy access to all the main sightseeing spots, by metro or on foot. the proximity to the theater district and the bar made the evenings even more exciting. the room was comfortable and clean, with a breathtaking view of Trafalgar Square and a refreshing breeze blowing through the window. The breakfast had a great variety of fresh and delicious dishes and the service was impeccable.
The noise coming from the corridors was a bit disturbing, but the hotel cannot be blamed for some inconsiderate guests.

The location of Radisson was just perfect, minutes away from Covent Garden and Leicester Square. We experienced a minor issue with the air conditioning unit, but the efficient staff fixed it instantly. The room was clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed. Overall I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.
